Iām focused on developing my career in IT Project Management, Technology and Digital Transformation, where I can take on greater responsibility, contribute to technology-driven initiatives, and help organisations improve processes, deliver projects effectively, and achieve sustainable growth.
Developed and managed a 10-year strategic business plan by analysing market, competitor, and financial performance to support strategic decision-making. The project focused on balancing sales growth, profitability, and competitive positioning through data-driven pricing, promotional, and dealer strategies.
Designed an AI-enabled supply-chain solution using C3 Generative AI to connect Airbus and supplier data, providing predictive analytics, real-time visibility, and AI-driven decision support. The project focused on using supply-chain data to anticipate shortages, optimise inventory decisions, and strengthen supply-chain resilience.
